Health Matters Clinics

From January to April 2026, we will provide physical health checks, health advice, guidance, and signposting through regular sessions in community settings across Copeland, working alongside local services such as Hub2U and Whitehaven Community Trust.

The sessions cover topics of interest to service users, including Menopause, Diabetes and Cholesterol, Mental Health, Smoking, and Healthy Eating, which we try to tie in with national initiatives. They are delivered as a mix of group sessions and appointment-based sessions, with the option for 1-2-1 appointments after the group sessions.

These clinics aim to reduce barriers for individuals who are sometimes considered hard to reach by bringing support directly into the community. We are proud to work with other organisations and third sector providers to deliver these services.
