We are proud to be a trusted healthcare provider, formerly known as CHoC, delivering high-quality primary care services both in and out of hours across Cumbria and beyond. Established in 1996 as an out-of-hours provider, we have grown from strong foundations to support a population of around 500,000 people, 365 days a year.
Today, we are much more than an out-of-hours service. We provide a wide range of healthcare services designed to meet the evolving needs of our communities. As a network of six GP practices across Cumbria, we deliver reliable, high-quality care to rural communities, ensuring patients can access services close to home.
We are committed to innovation, embracing technology-enabled solutions to enhance the care we provide for our patients, their families, and local communities.
Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to deliver responsive, compassionate, and forward-thinking healthcare for every individual. By working collaboratively with partners and as one connected team, we build strong relationships within our communities and continually aim to meet local healthcare needs with excellence.
At Cumbria Health, we are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace. Our Gender Pay Gap Report provides transparency on the pay differences between male and female employees and highlights the steps we are taking to reduce the gap.
We are dedicated to ensuring equal pay for equal work and continue to make progress towards gender equality.
