Paul – Driver Team Lead

I wanted to work as part of a team, alongside our Clinicians to support the local health service.

I am currently the Driver Team Lead for Carlisle. We have a great group of people within the team, and everyone goes above and beyond to support Cumbria Health, its Clinicians and the smooth running of the company. I hope to maintain this role taking on other tasks as and when they become available. I would like to progress within CH if the opportunity arrives.

I like feeling like we make a difference. It is good to have a job where, although I can’t help the patient directly, I am part of a wider team that is improving the care in the local area.
