Odyssey is a call handling system that is used to help non clinical staff assess the urgency of a patients request. This can allow patients access to the right treatment at the right time.

Attend Anywhere is a secure NHS video call service for patients with pre-arranged appointment times only. If you are due to have a video consultation, we will schedule your appointment as normal and send you the details either via text or email. Please remember to test your equipment before your appointment.

Digital Assessment Service (DAS) is a service that can be used across all Cumbria Health family practices by submitting an online consultation form found on your GP surgery website. Your request will then be assessed within the surgery and a remote telephone triage appointment made with a clinician if necessary. All routine requests are responded to within 3 working days.

The INR@Home application allows patients to self- monitor their warfarin levels. The Roche self testing machine is loaned to the patient along with an app that is downloaded to their smartphone for them to input there readings. The data can then be fed into the patient’s healthcare record within the GP System for a clinician to review and adjust medication without the patient having to attend an appointment at their GP surgery.

The BP @ Home application allows patients to self-monitor their blood pressure at home for a seven or 14-day period and report their blood pressure readings into a digital application. The data can then be fed into the patient’s healthcare record within the GP System, so there is no need for additional data entry. The pathway can be used for patients with undiagnosed hypertension, diagnostic review as well as supporting medication titration when required.

Our Lipids@Home solution leverages the first of kind digital platform that combines rapid diagnostic testing with access to healthcare pathways utilising an NHS App integrated solution. The solution can either be used within clinic settings or can be posted to patients homes to test Lipids, HBA1C and within 10 minutes can provided fully quantified lipid results, heart age and 10 year risk of cardiovascular disease.

Digital enabled monitoring service which utilises pulse oximeters by individuals in their usual place of residence to monitor blood oxygen levels with the ultimate aim of detection of hypoxia (low blood oxygen levels) which can be a critical indicator of worsening respiratory conditions. By submitting blood oxygen levels digitally, patients can be identified for timely medical attention should their levels drop below agreed upon levels thus improving health outcomes, avoiding unnecessary presentations at emergency departments and avoid hospital admissions by acting upon deterioration quickly.

Utilising the latest in class 2 medical devices and wearable health technology, ECG@home allows individuals to have their hearts electrical activity to be monitored remotely without the need to utilise a traditional holter or need to visit a healthcare facility. This service particularly benefits those with chronic heart conditions, those at potential risk of cardiovascular disease or anyone needing regular heart monitoring. The ECG@Home platform provides an easy to use interface for clinicians analysing ECG reports utilising the latest in AI technology to identify 21 different arrhythmias.
